After winning their heat in an impressive 46.31 seconds, the Irish quartet of Niamh Foley, Miriam Daly and individual medallists Rhasidat Adekele (200m silver) and Patience Jumbo-Gula (100m bronze) will head into Saturday’s afternoon’s final with every chance of signing off on the medal podium.
