Cavan referee Joe McQuillan will take charge of next week’s All-Ireland football final between Dublin and Mayo.

McQuillan, who was also in charge the last time Dublin claimed the title in 2011, will have Cormac Reilly and Padraig O'Sullivan as his linesmen at Croke Park.

McQuillan has taken charge of both counties already this summer, overseeing Mayo’s hammering of Donegal in the quarter-finals and Dublin’s win over Kildare in Leinster.

His umpires on the day will be Tommy O’Reilly, Ciarán Brady, TP Gray and Jimmy Galligan.
