The Curragh reports there are no doubts about its Tetrarch Stakes meeting going ahead on Saturday. "We had 26mm of rain in the last 48 hours and I was pleasantly surprised to find the going no worse than soft," the racecourse manager Brian Kavanagh said yesterday.

"The forecast is for showers today but getting progressively better for the rest of the week with a drying wind. Furthermore we will be using fresh ground," he added.
