Sir, – While multiple families are shoe-horned into exiguous “temporary” shelter on one side of the city, Dublin City Councillors approve a “rich only” luxurious development, complete with a shoddy NIMBY agreement, on the other. (“Developer not providing social housing at Ballsbridge site”, Kitty Holland, December 22nd)
Have we seriously not learned a thing from the practice of allowing developers, and their money needs, dictate housing policy? – Yours, etc,
