The second flight data recorder of the EgyptAir plane that crashed last month killing all 66 people on board has been recovered from the Mediterranean Sea.
The Egyptian investigation committee said the vessel searching for the wreckage pulled the recorder from the Mediterranean a day after recovering the cockpit voice recorder.
Both were tucked into the plane’s tail.
The EgyptAir Airbus A320 was flying to Cairo from Paris when it crashed on May 19th between the Greek island of Crete and the Egyptian coast.
