Building contractor, Sisk, has won a €34 million contract in Glasgow, Scotland’s biggest city.

Building contractor, Sisk, has won a €34 million contract in Glasgow, Scotland’s biggest city.

Sisk NI has been awarded the contract to refurbish the old Tesco and Woolworth buildings on a prominent corner of Argyle Street, Glasgow.

Northern Ireland firm, MAR Properties is funding the project. The refurbished building will house a 6,500 sq m store for fashion discounter TK Maxx, it will be its largest outlet in Ireland or Britain.
