Police in Northern Ireland have arrested three men in connection with an investigation into multi-million pound mortgage fraud.
The PSNI said the fraud, which related to 25 properties, could be close to £3 million. The investigation is also looking at money laundering, income tax evasion and capital gains tax evasion.
Detectives from the organised crime branch arrested the three men at Coleraine and Ballymoney.
A number of searches have also been carried out across Northern Ireland on a number of occasions in relation to the operation.
