Two teenagers stabbed in Dublin city

Two teenagers have been injured in a stabbing incident which took place in the East Wall area of Dublin city on Monday evening.

At about 8:30pm, two 16-year-old boys were assaulted during an incident involving a group of youths at Church Road, East Wall.

The teenage boys suffered laceration wounds, and were taken to the Mater University Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The scene was examined by local scenes of crime officers.

No arrests have been made at this time, and gardaí are appealing for witnesses to come forward.

Gardaí are also asking any road users who were in the area at the time of the incident to make any camera footage, including dash-cam, available to gardaí.
