A 57-year-old man died after the car he was driving struck a fence at Red House Road, Glencullen Co Dublin on Saturday evening.
The incident happened at about 7.45pm. The man, who was the only occupant of the car, was taken to St Vincent’s University Hospital and was pronounced dead a short time later.
The scene of the crash at Red House Road is closed to traffic in order to facilitate an examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators and local diversions are in place.
