Gardaí and the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) are investigating the death of a 19-year-old man in a farming accident in Co Offaly.
The incident happened at 4.35pm on Saturday afternoon as the man was working on a farm in Derryarkin, Rhode.
He was pronounced dead at the scene and his body was removed to the Midland Regional Hospital in Tullamore.
