M50 northbound reopens at Red Cow after five car crash

All M50 northbound lanes have now been reopened at Junction 9 Red Cow after a five car crash brought traffic to a standstill on Tuesday morning.

Gardaí say there were no serious injuries after the incident, which has now been cleared.

Emergency services attended the scene while the road was totally closed off for a time.

Traffic is still slow on before Junction 12 Firhouse and southbound traffic is also slow coming up to the incident from Junction 5 Finglas, according to AA Roadwatch.
