Gardaí have renewed their appeal for a man missing from a care home for almost a month.

The last confirmed sighting of Brendan Burke (71) was outside the Permanent TSB in Rathmines at 4.17pm on Wednesday, November 15th.

Gardaí have released CCTV footage showing Mr Burke in the area. An analysis of his phone records shows that he was in Dublin city centre at 8pm that evening, but there has been no further activity from his phone.

He is described as being 5’11”, of medium build, with dark brown hair.

He left the Bloomfield Nursing Home in Rathfarnham earlier that day. A previous appeal two weeks ago did not yield information as to his whereabouts.
