Gardaí are investigating the stabbing of Dublin football star Jonny Cooper in Dublin yesterday morning.
Stills taken from CCTV footage circulated widely on social media last night appear to show the 24-year-old being attacked by a man on the steps of a building on Dorset St.
Cooper sustained several head and neck wounds in the assault which happened at 5.30am yesterday.
