A man is being questioned after the discovery of a cannabis factory in a house in Co Wexford.

About 200 plants and cultivation equipment were seized when gardai were called to a property in Chapelwood, Kilmuckridge, yesterday.

Gardai said the plants have an estimated street value of €240,000 subject to analysis.

A man in his early 60s was arrested at the scene and taken to Enniscorthy Garda Station, where he is being detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
