Gardaí have seized cannabis herb with an estimated street value of €220,000 following a search on a premises in Clondalkin, west Dublin.

A man (47) was arrested at around 4pm yesterday in Yellow Meadows, Clondalkin after gardaí from Ronanstown Garda station seized the cannabis.

The man was charged and has been released on bail pending an appearance before Blanchardstown District Court on March 13th.
