UK ghost buster Lynne Robinson set up KAPS Paranormal last year to allow likeminded souls - of the living that is - get in touch with the dead . . . with a little shopping thrown in for good measure.
When it comes to spooks and spectres Robinson has seen it all, and uploaded some of it to YouTube.
Her team of dedicated ghost hunters will take you to a range of haunted houses, from 16th century dungeons to Cold War bunkers.
Among her most popular offerings is a trip to Shrieve's House (above) in Stratford-on-Avon, a grim place reputed to have witnessed everything from witchcraft to murder.
Paranormal sightings are almost a daily occurrence here, says Robinson. What you're looking for in particular is a figure in a dark, hooded robe with red glowing eyes. Bit of a diva, he doesn't show every time, so be prepared to be chilled but possibly disappointed.
As Robinson puts it, if there's no show, there's no show. And she should know, having seen all sorts of apparitions. Though as it happens, the most terrifying scene she ever witnessed was in her own home.
"Of all the things I've experienced, the event that scared me most was seeing my garden furniture float across the room. That really freaked me out," said Robinson.
