Two weeks ago Dublin man Matthew Horan was sentenced to nine and a half years in prison for blackmailing young girls into sending him sexually graphic photos and videos over the internet.

"The reality is that the internet opens up access for predators to huge numbers of children. I know some cases where there have been hundreds of victims," says Cliona Curley, programme director at CyberSafe Ireland.

On the latest Women’s Podcast, she talks to Kathy Sheridan about Safer Internet Day, which takes place on Tuesday, February 6th, and about how parents can try better to protect their children online.

Also on the podcast, journalist, podcaster and former Sunday Times dating columnist Dolly Alderton speaks about her first book, Everything I Know About Love.
