Friends played a big role in the day. Louise Kiernan of Birds of a Feather designed the invitations, Kelly McDonagh and Sinead Carroll sang Falling Slowly and Ciaran Cooper performed It's Real Love.

Lorna Kavanagh wrote a poem for the ceremony and Lisa's mother Teresa and her aunts all baked desserts. The bride's father is Michael Kavanagh and Brian's parents are Margaret and Liam Cooper.

The bride, an early childhood specialist for Early Childhood Ireland, wore a dress from the Little White Dress in Castleknock. Her two bridesmaids wore a mix of pieces from Folkster and Zara.

Craddóg played music all day - from the ceremony to the drinks reception and after dinner too –and the couple had their first dance to the Hall and Oats song You Make My Dreams Come True.

They honeymooned in New Orleans, Natchez, Memphis, Nashville and Mexico and live in Dublin with their dog, Nugget.
