A collection of 20 x 20cm art works will be on display at Cali Kitchen, a cafe within the grounds of the Royal Marine Hotel, Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin, from Monday 10th to Friday 14th February in advance of the launch of a proposal by ArtNetdlr for a new Creative Arts Hub at the Old Carnegie Library, Dun Laoghaire.
Over 40 canvases will be exhibited by artists including Gwen O’Dowd, Donald Teskey, Gary Coyle, Patrick Graham, Mary Lohan, Kate MacDonagh, Colin Martin, Carmel Benson, Gugi, Ed Milliano, Myra Jago and Charlie Tyrell.
Tickets (€50 each) for a draw for the art works will be available to purchase at the Cali Kitchen from Monday 10th – Friday 14th, February. All proceeds will go towards funding the proposal. One ticket per art work will be sold, so everyone is a winner.
The draw will take place at the National Maritime Museum, Dun Laoghaire on Wednesday, February 19th at 6pm where economist, author and journalist, David McWilliams will be the key speaker to officially launch the proposal. Doors open at 5.30pm. www.artnetdlr.ie
