The four-bedroom Regency villa dates from the 1830s and is in very good decorative order having been renovated by its owner over the last eight years. Businesswoman Mary Spain bought Moville in 2010 intending to retire there, but now her plans have changed and she is reluctantly selling to move closer to Dublin.
