Maynooth-based BlackSheep Foods – set up by best friends Julianne Brogan, a trained chef and graduate of culinary arts at Kendall College in Chicago, and photographer Lydia O'Connor – is a brand new of-the-moment catering company.
It uses produce from Maynooth Organics to create healthy, delicious, vegan, gluten-free breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
BlackSheep Foods will then deliver the fare to offices and homes around the greater Dublin area and beyond.
Inject a whole lot of new flavour into your life with beet and rosemary hummus; strawberry, avocado and thyme muffins; forbidden black rice s Salad with kale and goats cheese. . . the list just goes on and it’s beyond tasty.
The Black Sheep is also offering cookery classes for children in July – keep an eye out.
