Catch the end of IMMA’s 10 day art and food festival this weekend

Tomorrow (Sunday) is the final day of IMMA's 10-day art and food festival. There'll be artwork on edible gingerbread canvas, foraging in the IMMA meadow, fermentation lessons by the otherworldly April Danaan, before a final party titled Tiki Rising, with masala dosas and thali plates by the aromatic folk at Madina Desi Curry of Dublin 1, with drinks and canapes by Domestic Godless, who introduced Sea Urchin Pot Noodle and Carpaccio of Giant African Land Snail to Ireland. There's live music too, all before the tiki structure gets dismantled. Cost €20, booking: radissonhotelgalway.com.
