Ingredients
- 1 Cooleeney camembert
- 8 blackberries
- 50ml port
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 small bunch parsley, chopped
1. Put the Camembert into an ovenproof dish and cut criss crosses into the cheese.
2. Slice the garlic thinly and place in between the criss crosses. Pour the port on top and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 150 degrees.
3. Garnish with the blackberries, a drizzle of honey, the chopped parsley and serve with toasted sourdough bread.
