Sum up the Electric Picnic in three words Sense of community.

Best festival experience/memory as a punter? Elbow late at night at Electric Picnic a few years back was very special.

And as a performer? When Des Bishop unexpectedly and very graciously joined the Mindfield brunch chat a few years back and he was, as ever, hilarious. I also interviewed John Banville at EP – the tent was mobbed and he was wonderful.

It's 4am at a festival – where are you? Sadly in bed – usually have a live radio show to get up and present the next morning.

Who is your plus-one and why? Steve my husband – some of my daughters are there this year too, which is great, as they are all working at it, various jobs they got themselves.

If you could hang out with one other Electric Picnic act this year, who would it be and why? There are so many good acts but I think I would choose Sinead (O' Connor) to hang out with – I love her immense talent and her spirit.

What's in your hypothetical picnic basket? Wipes, phone charger and socks.

Do… Have a great time.

Don't…. Sleep in and miss the gig I am presenting.

Miriam O’Callaghan will host the Electric Picnic Brunch on Sunday in Mindfield
