Dublin-based company now monitors more than 3 billion transactions per day

Dublin-based Swrve, a mobile and social marketing company, has increased annual revenues in the first half of 2014 by more than 250 per cent over the first half of 2013.

The company, established in 2010 by Havok co-founders Hugh Reynolds and Steve Collins, now monitors more than 3 billion transactions per day across more than 750 million users.

It also delivers 300 million in-app messages per month. In recent months the company has seen a 70 per cent increase in push messages sent.

“This past year was all about innovation and scale. As we prepare for 2015, our goal is to help our customers become the most successful mobile marketers on earth,” Swrve CEO Christopher Dean said.

Earlier this year, the company raised $10 million (€7.7 million) in a funding round. The company secured $6.25 million in a funding round led by Atlantic Bridge and Intel Capital in 2012.
