Concentrix Technologies plans to create another 100 jobs in Belfast and recruit a further 150 temporary employees after winning a new business contract.
The company, which employs more than 1,000 people in Northern Ireland, is part of the US headquartered group Synnex Corporation which acquired Belfast based gem, a multi-lingual customer contact centre in 2011.
Concentrix said the employment boost is as a result of it success in winning significant new business in the technology and gadgets sector.
The company’s recruitment manager, Marcella McKeever said: “The standard of service provided here in Belfast has enabled us to attract global brands and the opportunity to offer permanent and temporary positions at a local level.”
