Tech company Fastcom is to add 25 new jobs as the company eyes further growth in Ireland and Britain.

The company, which specialises in network performance and security management, said it would create the jobs over the next three years, building its expertise in network engineering and customer support. The jobs will be based at Fastcom’s Sligo network operations and security centre.

The expansion is being backed by €1.2 million funding from private and director investment.

Fastcom said revenue and sales rose by 25 per cent this year, and it plans to double its turnover in the next three years.
