Irish tax advisory group Immedis has appointed Richard Limpkin as chief operating officer.

The company, which is owned by Terry Clune's taxback.com, provides global payroll to multinationals around the world. It was rebranded seven months ago and launched as a specialist division of the Taxback Group.

Mr Limpkin will lead the company’s operational processes to support the immediate and long-term growth of Immedis.

He will take ownership of the technical and product roadmap, including platform and service components, supporting infrastructure and process. This will also include leading integration across global human capital management and finance technology partnerships.
