Pepper Asset Servicing is to create 100 jobs in Dublin and Shannon over the next twelve months, with recruitment already underway for 50 roles.

The new positions, which will be in the areas of mortgage arrears handling, customer services, real estate and legal, are being recruited initially for Pepper’s office in Shannon, where the company has just invested €500,000 expanding the premises.

The new positions are expected to bring total employment numbers to 270 by year’s end, with 170 in Shannon and 100 in Dublin.

The job growth follows several contracts secured by Pepper including Danske Bank, the National Asset Management Agency and CarVal Investors.
