Anne-Louise Hannon of CBRE has reported a swift uptake of office space at the Cosgrave Property Group’s suburban office development at Swift Square in Santry Demesne in Dublin 9.
Buildings One and Two are now fully let following the decision by Travelport to take a 10-year lease of the last remaining suite.
The company will be trading alongside BMW and Lenova.
Other leading traders in the Swift Square development include Electric Ireland, the National Standards Authority of Ireland and Clarks Shoes.
