Space Property Group has launched a new company Quadrant Real Estate (QRE) to provide a full range of real estate advisory services in the commercial property sector.

Space Property Group holds a 50 per cent stake in the highly successful Allsop Property Auctions and also owns a majority stake in Hunters, a boutique agency specialising in residential sales, lettings and valuations.

QRE says that it has recruited skilled staff who are interested in delivering value-for-money solutions for their customers.

As a firm within the Space Property Group, it will have access to over 60,000 Irish and international buyers across 147 different countries.

Its link-up with Europe’s number one real estate auction business and its highly innovative online closing tool means that QRE will be in a strong position to provide its clients with a diverse platform to assist with the disposal of assets and the provision of other professional services.

QRE is also the retained advisor to DLR Properties and is part of the project team that advised on the development of the urban form framework for Cherrywood Town Centre (TC3).

The company has also been retained on a number of office developments including The Chase in Sandyford and Scotch House on Burgh Quay.

Stephen McCarthy, group chief executive of Space Property Group, said establishing QRE was the next logical step in their business strategy.

“QRE has the strong desire to succeed and the people, passion, integrity and adaptability to build a dynamic real estate firm where providing innovative client solutions will be the number one focus.”

Conor Whelan, director of QRE, said that in a relatively short space of time they had become recognised as a highly innovative firm that delivered a high-quality professional service and strong results to its clients
