Bannon is seeking €395,000 for a newly refurbished office suite at Clonskeagh Square in Dublin14.

The 111sq m (1,200sq ft) office facility can be sold with vacant possession or with the tenant remaining in-situ on a new four year and nine months lease at €24,000 a year.

The suite has partitioned offices with the flexibility to change it to open plan. There are four parking spaces on site.
