The Banbridge-based Lotus Group and real estate management firm Tristan Capital Partners have acquired two of Northern Ireland's largest retail parks in an investment worth more than €55 million
Junction One and The Outlet are marketed together and cover 95 acres of land with 55,465sq m (597,035sq ft) of retail and leisure property.
Junction One in Antrim opened in 2004 and offers 36,480sq m (392,682sq ft) of shopping and leisure space. It is fully occupied by brands including Lidl, Homebase and BLM Bargains.

The Outlet outside Banbridge has 18,985sq m (204,354sq ft) of retail space and 50 tenants including M&S, Next, Nike, DKNY, LK Bennett and Gap. A new McDonald's restaurant is planned for The Outlet along with an eight-screen cinema.
