Netshare, a joint venture between Vodafone and H3G Ireland, is leasing extensive new offices at The Iveagh Building in The Park, Carrickmines, Co Dublin. The company is understood to have agreed a rent of €177 per sq m (€16.50 per sq ft) for 1,537sq m (16,544sq ft) on the second floor of the building. The third floor of the building is occupied by 3M.
Michael Healy of Savills, who handled the letting, is currently marketing the first floor of the building. He also recently let 660sq m (7,104sq ft) to renewable energy firm Wind Prospect in the Hyde Building in The Park.
