A modern office headquarters building in Tallaght is on the letting market at €183.37 per sq m (€17.50 per sq ft) and €750 per parking space – a substantial saving on city-centre space which is now renting for as much as €700 per sq m (65 per sq ft) and €3,000 per car-parking space in places.

The letting, which is being handled by Stephen Noonan of BNP Paribas Real Estate, is for Block C at Cookstown Court off the Old Belgard Road in Dublin 24.

It extends to 2,123sq m (22,857sq ft) of mainly open-plan space over four floors and comes with 80 basement car-parking spaces.

The Luas Red Line is about a three-minute walk away, as is a Dublin Bus route, while the M50 and Naas Road are close by.

Cookstown Court is one of the only modern office schemes in the area and its tenants include Cabot Financial, Belgard Solicitors and RTÉ Transmission Network. Other nearby occupiers include Aldi, Renault and the Road Safety Authority.
