An own-door office investment in the centre of Dublin’s Temple Bar has come on the market through Savills with an asking price of €475,000.

The four-storey over-basement mid-terrace building at 7 Cope Street, adjacent to Crown Alley, is now vacant but was previously occupied by Malone & Potter Solicitors. It has an overall floor area of 224sq m (2,411sq ft).

Stephen McCarthy of Savills, who is handling the sale, said he expected plenty of interest in the property from investors wanting to take advantage of the strong office market in such a prime location.

He was also anticipating enquiries from owner-occupiers waiting to exit the tenant market.
