Spanish toy retailer Imaginarium is to open a new store at Dundrum Town Centre, replacing the Early Learning Centre which had been trading for several years.

Imaginarium, which has 340 shops in 28 countries, will be paying a rent of €200,000 for 102sq m (1,100sq ft) on level three. The company will get around four months rent-free for the shop which will operate a separate entrance for children and adults.

Darren Peavoy of Bannon, who handled the letting, said the arrival of Imaginarium would greatly strengthen Dundrum's attraction for families.
