The 334sq m (3,600sq ft) block with an industrial-style façade is expected to appeal to a variety of buyers including investors and owner-occupiers. The block is located between Capel Street and Jervis Street, close to the Luas service.
Megan Burke of CBRE said the fully-refurbished building would appeal to a range of occupiers including tech companies, law firms, financial services and professional services.
