The office element at the Grange development on the Stillorgan Road is now fully rented after letting agent Hooke & MacDonald secured a tenant for all of the remaining space.

3D4Medical, the award-winning Irish tech company which specialises in app developments primarily for medical use, is to occupy 1,033sq m (11,119sq ft) on the ground and first floors as part of the expansion and relocation of its operations from Ballsbridge in Dublin 4.

The company recently showcased its app featuring the human anatomy in 3D at the latest Apple iPad launch in San Francisco.

It is believed the agent secured its quoting rent of €15 per sq ft and €1,000 per car-parking space.
