Irish fintech company Fenergo is to relocate from Dublin's Ormond Quay to the considerably larger Castleforbes House in the northside docklands.

The company's 250 Irish-based staff will have the use of 1,850sq m (20,000sq ft) to service major financial companies including Bank of Montreal, ICBC Standard Bank, SMBC Nikko, Scotiabank and BVVA. Fenergo was founded in 2009 and six years later the New York-based private equity firm Insight Partners acquired a major stake in the business. The rent will be around €26 per sq ft.

Daniel Shannon of Knight Frank advised Fenergo and Keith O'Neill from BNP Paribas Real Estate advised the landlord.
