Colliers International is guiding €2 million for a substantial building at 30 South Anne Street, Dublin 2, which is to be offered for sale by private treaty. It has a high-profile location less than 30 metres from Grafton Street.
The four-storey over-basement building extends to 358sq m (3,858sq ft) and has a large yard and garage to the rear that are accessed from Anne’s Lane.
The buildings will continue to produce €70,000 a year in rental income until vacant possession is available at the end of December 2019.
“There may be an opportunity to redevelop the property, subject to planning permission,” according to Stephen Conway of Colliers.
Neighbouring traders include Timberland, TM Lewin, Kehoes, Inglot and Eddie Rockets.
