Colliers, the real estate professional services and investment management company, has appointed three new senior team members as it continues to expand its Irish presence.

Kate Ryan has joined Colliers as director of research, where she will lead the newly created Dublin research department. Ms Ryan, who previously held roles in BNP Paribas Real Estate and Bannon, will be responsible for providing clients and colleagues with real-time information and insights aimed at adding value across portfolios and aide decision making.

Joining the lease advisory department as an associate director is Catherine Loughnane, who has worked in the property industry for more than a decade.

Ms Loughnane is a specialist in all landlord and tenant matters, is a highly experienced negotiator in rent reviews and has acted as an expert witness at arbitration and court hearings. Prior to joining Colliers, Ms Loughnane worked in Avison Young (formerly GVA Donal O Buachalla).
