Savills is seeking €975,000 for a two-storey over basement commercial building at 4 Main Street, Blackrock, Co Dublin, which is for sale by private treaty.
The building is let to Savills Commercial (Ireland Ltd), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Savills plc, for a term of 25 years from April, 1999. The current rent of €60,000 is subject to five yearly upwards-only rent reviews.
Stephen McCarthy of Savills said he was expecting strong interest in the investment because it was an easily managed property occupying a prime location in the centre of Blackrock.
