Following their rebrand last September, Avison Young (formerly GVA Donal O Buachalla) have recently appointed four new directors.

Chris Boyle (compulsory purchase), John Algar (business rates), Siobhan Murphy (business rates) and Bruce Dodd (valuations and professional services) have over 70 years of professional experience between them across all areas of the business.

GVA’s strategic affiliation with global real estate adviser Avison Young represented the latest transition for the O Buachalla business which entered into its first global affiliation in 1995 with the negotiation by its chairman, Con Cronin, of its long-standing partnership with GVA.

That 25-year association came to a close with the formal transition and rebranding of GVA Donal O Buachalla to Avison Young.
