Boys & Girls, the fast growing creative advertising agency, is relocating its offices to Bloomfield House on Bloomfield Avenue off South Circular Road in Dublin 8.

The company is taking a new 10-year lease with a break option in year seven on an office suite extending to 500sq m (5,382sq ft).

Bloomfield House dates from 1934 and was occupied by the Zion Elementary School. Keith O'Neill of BNP Paribas Real Estate handled the letting.
