The last available floor in the Chancery office building on Chancery Lane in Dublin 8 has come on the letting market through agents CBRE.

The same agency recently let the fifth floor to marketing consultants Analytic Partners and is now quoting €430 per sq m (€40 per sq ft) for the 581sq m (6,245sq ft) of open-plan office space on the fourth floor.

Wella Studios, the hairdressing training company, and the Chief State Solicitors Office are also tenants in the block which is owned by Hibernia REIT.

Megan Burke of CBRE says the well maintained Chancery building would appeal to a range of commercial occupiers.

Frank O’Neill, chief operations officer with Hibernia REIT, said the recent letting of the fifth floor to Analytic Partners came soon after they signed a lease with Daqri at Central Quay and Twitter agreed to take an additional 16,500sq ft at Cumberland House.
