Agents QRE is seeking €1.8 million for a multi-family investment in the centre of Dublin 8.
The investment consists of 13 apartments located in a building known as St Catherine’s Church off Bridgefoot Street in The Liberties.
Nine of the residential units have one-bedroom while the four others come with two bedrooms.
All but one of the 13 apartments is let at an overall rent of €123,780.
Brian Kelly of QRE says that most of the apartments were under-rented and, according to his assessment, the portfolio had a rental value of €171,000 per annum.
Even at the present rental value the investment will show a reversionary yield of 9.2 per cent.
