Hotel group Dalata has agreed a deal with Zien Group to acquire the operator of the Hard Rock Hotel Amsterdam American, giving it a leasehold interest in the hotel.
The deal, which is expected to complete next month, will see the hotel group begin operating as the Clayton Hotel Amsterdam American. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The 173-bedroom four-star hotel is located in Amsterdam’s central culture and entertainment district.
This will be Dalata’s first in the Netherlands and its second in continental Europe.
