Tata Consultancy Services to create 200 new jobs in Donegal

Company is hosting a careers open evening at its facility in Letterkenny Technology Park on July 14th

Indian IT company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is to create 200 new jobs in the coming months as it continues to expand its operations in Co Donegal.

The company is hosting a careers open evening at its facility in Letterkenny Technology Park on July 14th from 6pm to 8pm. TCS, which also offers digital and business solutions, has approximately 592,195 employees globally representing 153 nationalities across 46 countries. It currently employs over 1,000 people in Letterkenny across a range of tech-related roles.

The company said it is seeking to grow its technical and operations teams in Letterkenny, and that it is seeking people who are “enthusiastic and passionate” about customer service and technical innovation to “support customers on their digital transformation journey”.

“We are creating high-value employment opportunities across a variety of roles and disciplines,” said Andrea McBride, head of the TCS global delivery centre in Letterkenny. These include cybersecurity, cloud services, project management, data analytics, digital marketing and design, software engineering, customer service and IT help desk.

It also has IT and application support opportunities for people with language skills in German, Spanish, Italian, French, Polish, Dutch and Hungarian.

The company is actively recruiting for positions at all levels from recent graduates to experienced professionals.
