The Thurles card rescheduled for tomorrow was abandoned yesterday afternoon.

The fixture was originally supposed to be run off yesterday but due to water-logging was postponed. However, heavy hail showers have meant that the track has not improved and the weather forecast was not encouraging.

Other racecourse news is the re-allocation of fixtures due to the decision to end racing at Limerick after March 21st.

The new meetings will be held at Gowran Park on May 3rd, Cork on October 17th, Cork again on December 26th and Clonmel on December 27th. The fixtures originally scheduled for Limerick on June 1st and December 28th have not been re-allocated.
